Instructions for the base:
To make the base, use 6” Caribbean Blue Quick Links inflated to approximately 5” and make an X-Pattern Grid. Check out Chris Adamo’s Balloon Tools to help you to create the size and shape of your grid.
Connect the sections of the grid together using 5” Caribbean Blue and 5” Tropical Teal inflated to approximately 3.5”. Along the edges, make the duplets smaller, approximately 2.5”.
Fill the gaps in the grid with assorted 11” colors inflated to approximately 5.5” to 6” paired with a 5” Caribbean Blue inflated to 4”. The Caribbean Blue sized to 4” will pop through the gaps and sit on the bottom side of the base.
