To make the base, use 6” Caribbean Blue Quick Links inflated to approximately 5” and make an X-Pattern Grid. Check out Chris Adamo’s Balloon Tools to help you to create the size and shape of your grid. |

Connect the sections of the grid together using 5” Caribbean Blue and 5” Tropical Teal inflated to approximately 3.5”. Along the edges, make the duplets smaller, approximately 2.5”. |

Fill the gaps in the grid with assorted 11” colors inflated to approximately 5.5” to 6” paired with a 5” Caribbean Blue inflated to 4”. The Caribbean Blue sized to 4” will pop through the gaps and sit on the bottom side of the base. |
