Submission of photographs of your work to Pioneer Balloon Company (The Company), whether as a contest submission, a request for magazine use, or freely submitted, indicates your approval for The Company to use in any/all (but not limited to) the following:
- Print: Balloon Magic – The Magazine, Balloon Images magazine, product catalogs/fliers
- Web: On qualatex.com (may be included on the “Inspiration” Decor page, where they may be downloaded by QBN members)
- Social Media
All uses will include full credit to the submitting artist. If a submitted image was taken by a professional photographer, written permission must be submitted along with the photo.
If you do not agree to the above terms, your objections must be included with your photo submission.
